• Operate radiographic equipment to capture diagnostic-quality images.
• Position patients for optimal views and ensure radiation safety and infection control.
• Collaborate with radiologists and technologists to deliver timely results.
• Verify orders, prepare patients, review prior imaging when available, and document procedures in electronic health records.
• Focus on quality and patient comfort; participate in QA processes and growth pathways within radiology.
• Mentor junior staff on shifts and contribute to a supportive, learning-focused team environment.
