• Manage the implementation of the YAM program in collaboration with school district partners and assistants
• Train and supervise YAM Helpers and Trainees to ensure effective program delivery
• Develop and maintain regional partnerships with schools to facilitate YAM implementation
• Track expenses and performance criteria, providing reports to the project coordinator
• Assist in the creation and promotion of materials for program evaluation and outreach

• Associate's degree or equivalent
• Minimum of 3 years of related experience
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
• Experience working with teenagers/adolescents

• Experience in healthcare or behavioral health settings
• Previous experience in program implementation or project management
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to engage and motivate youth in educational settings
