• Coordinate and schedule patient care appointments, ensuring accurate documentation in the EMR
• Triage and document telephone calls from patients, relaying urgent requests to appropriate providers
• Assist with administrative tasks, including document scanning and maintaining patient records
• Provide support to clinic management and staff, ensuring efficient clinic operations

• Six months of work experience in a medical office setting or one year of experience in a high-volume public contact position
• Basic computer keyboarding skills with typing speed of 30-45 wpm
• Ability to manage multiple demands and provide excellent customer service in a busy environment
• Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation and record-keeping
• Capability to lift and carry up to 25 pounds and sit for extended periods

• High School Diploma
• Experience in a medical and/or surgical gastroenterology office setting
• Epic trained, having completed and passed EPIC training for Patient Access Services
