We are actively hiring talented Licensed Therapists (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) in Virginia who are passionate about patient care and committed to clinical excellence. The role is full‑time, W‑2, with the option for on‑site, hybrid or remote work (minimum 3 days in‑office).

Responsibilities: Licensed Therapists are a critical part of our clinical team. You will:

• Provide individual and group therapy to adult, child, and adolescent populations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans using evidence‑based practices.
• Complete all required documentation in the EHR and telehealth platforms (Doxy, VSee).
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, psychologists, nurse practitioners and other professionals.
• Maintain compliance with state licensure and HIPAA requirements.

Qualifications:

• Fully licensed and credentialed in Virginia (LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience working with adult and/or child and adolescent populations.
• Proficiency in EHR software, telehealth platforms (Doxy & VSee), Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams.
