• Maintain HIPAA compliance while working from a distraction‑free private office space
• Speak with callers over the phone, building rapport and client engagement
• Provide resources or information needed to support callers
• Remain calm and professional while multitasking to assist callers
• Work holidays and weekends as peer support is available 365 days a year

• High School Diploma or GED
• Certified Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent certification
• Accepted certifications include CFPSW, CPSW, and CWF or equivalent
• Current experience as a peer and willingness to acquire certification in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Commitment to personal recovery and professional handling of confidential information

• Previous experience in crisis intervention or peer support services
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team‑oriented environment
• Familiarity with mental health resources and support services
• Experience in a structured work environment with ongoing training and development
