This home-based position involves working with children in the home setting to support development of skills such as toileting, feeding, behavior management, compliance, and related educational tasks. The company is focused on providing high-quality care and invests in its employees, tools, and resources to support success from the first session onward.
Behavioral Framework is looking for individuals who have experience with children and who believe they can make a difference in the lives of families and children with autism.

Free RBT training and certification may be offered to potential employees (certain conditions apply).

Responsibilities- Collect and record data based on observable client behavior.
- Write progress notes and maintain program books.
- Actively participate in the implementation of treatment and parent training.
- Utilize safe and appropriate handling, management, and guidance procedures when working with clients.
- Provide direct client care following prescribed behavioral protocols/programs.
- Proficient in fine and gross motor skills; able to support and prompt motor skills as needed.
- Full physical range of motion to provide physical support to clients.
- Ability to write progress notes with supervisor assistance.
- Physical capacity for activities including standing, sitting for long periods, walking, bending, kneeling, reaching, pushing, and pulling.
- Ability to assist with transferring or transporting clients during behavioral management.
- Must be able to receive information through oral communication and have adequate visual acuity for work tasks.
- Must be physically present at the assigned job site and able to minimize distractions during sessions (e.g., silencing phone).
- Ability to lift and move up to 100 lbs occasionally.
- High School
- Driver's License
- Reliable transportation (car; bus and Uber are not considered reliable)
- RBT credentialed staff may receive a higher rate if RBT is in good standing
Rate varies based on experience – Start $20-$22 per hour DOE.
