Ellie Mental Health in Lexington, MA is looking for licensed clinicians—LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, Psychologist, etc.—who are seeking a different employment experience to ignite their creativity while minimizing the barriers that come with traditional therapy practices.

This is a hybrid position, not 100% remote.

• Evaluate mental health diagnoses, create, implement, and maintain treatment plans and complete ongoing documentation including further diagnosis, treatment plan reviews, and case notes according to company policy.
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 25 client visits per week for full-time status.
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in the community.
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals.
• Prepare and submit individual documentation for each session per company guidelines and protocol.
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed.
• Attend and participate in all clinical staff meetings and trainings.

• Master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university.
• Massachusetts clinical licensure (LICSW, LMFT, LMHC, Psychologist, etc.) preferred.
• Experience with completing diagnostic assessments, treatment plans and clinical case notes.
• General knowledge of therapy services, community resources, insurance billing, and prior experience with mental health documentation.
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients.
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and EHR systems (Valant experience a plus).
• Ability to pass a background check.

Salary Range: $63,000 – $123,000.
