• Develop detailed project specifications based on defined scopes of work
• Set clear expectations for project deliverables and timelines
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders, highlighting progress through established milestones
• Monitor commitments and deliverables to maintain project integrity and adherence to schedules
• Design and implement effective communication strategies and client training plans

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management, ideally in a client-facing healthcare role
• Proven experience leading and managing multiple implementation projects, preferably in healthcare
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively at all organizational levels
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, and One Note

• Formal project management training or certification
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Smartsheets, SharePoint, etc.) and Salesforce
