As a home care team manager, you will coordinate all patient care services and lead your team. You will collaborate with physicians and coordinate team‑member schedules to lengthensure patients receive the quality care they deserve when they need it. • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field from an accredited college or university (or the international equivalent preferred)
• Current and valid RN license to practice in the state where the VITAS program is located
• At least two years of successful supervisory experience or equivalent in a healthcare organization
