Transform Youth Mental Health with Daybreak Health

We are seeking licensed mental health clinicians to provide teletherapy services to students throughout California. As a Remote Mental Health Therapist, you will deliver high-quality care while collaborating with schools, caregivers, and community partners to ensure student success.
Key Benefits- Competitive Compensation: $70–$90 per session, with guaranteed pay for no-shows and late cancellations. Your rate is based on caseload size, language skills, and licenses held in other states where we operate.

Schedule:
Set your hours Monday–Friday (3-8 PM) with optional weekends (9am-5pm) - Zero Administrative Burden: We handle billing, credentialing, and scheduling so you can focus on care
- Fully Remote Role: Work from anywhere in the US
- Professional Development: CE credits, malpractice insurance, and ongoing training opportunities
- Supportive Clinical Community: Peer consultation, collaborative network, and team discussions
- Licensed Professional with LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT credentials in the State of California
- Experience working with youth and families in clinical or school settings
- Strong telehealth skills and reliable high-speed internet connection
- Commitment to culturally responsive care and equity
- Availability for at least 5 hours weekly during peak hours (3-8 PM M-F)
- Provide evidence-based individual teletherapy to students ages 11–24 with mild-to-moderate mental health conditions
- Build trusted relationships with students and families
- Collaborate with school counselors and other providers
- Provide psychoeducation to parents/caregivers
- Contribute to the development of clinical programs
