• Conduct provider enrollment and data maintenance tasks ensuring compliance with regulatory and contractual service delivery requirements.
• Travel to provider locations in Maine, New Hampshire, and Massachusetts to conduct site evaluations. With the majority of travel taking place in Maine.
• Interact with providers in person, by telephone, and in writing to answer inquiries with professionalism. Provide support and gather further information and documents required to complete enrollment and data maintenance applications.
• You will communicate with providers and external entities, answer questions, and provide guidance regarding the enrollment and data management processes.
• Complete other provider enrollment, provider support, and data maintenance tasks as assigned.

• Previous experience with provider credentialing and maintenance of provider data for a Medicaid program or other healthcare organization is preferred.
• Accountability, strong attention to detail, ability to problem solve, and work independently.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be licensed and legally able to drive within the State of Maine.
• Reliable transportation and the ability to travel within the State of Maine, and within 15 miles to the adjacent states of New Hampshire and Massachusetts. Rental cars will be available for the majority of the travel, but you will need to be able to drive into the office multiple times per week.

Hybrid position. Work from home on days when no on‑site visits are needed. Drive into the office in the morning, with expected travel throughout the state of Maine.

• The pay range for this position is $35,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year, however the base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job‑related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
