We are currently hiring Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in the Howell and Old Bridge, NJ areas to join our growing team.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skills-based assessments (VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, etc.)

• Develop and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

• Supervise and mentor RBTs and Behavior Technicians

• Collaborate with families, schools, and other providers to ensure progress and consistency

• Maintain accurate,
  insurance-compliant documentation through Central Reach

• Use data to monitor and adjust treatment goals as needed

• Active BCBA certification and NJ LBA license (or in process)

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Experience in home-based ABA therapy or community-based services preferred

• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills

• Dedication to family-centered, ethical ABA care

• $75–$100/hour
  , based on experience and caseload size

• Sign-on bonus after 90 days
