Geriatric Medicine Physician Assistant/Nurse Practitioner
Helena, MT
Currently seeking a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner for an opportunity in the Helena area. Focused on Skilled Nursing Facility / Long Term Care. Seeking providers with experience as well as recent graduates.
Responsibilities- Work with a Skilled Nursing Facility.
- Responsibilities include clinic, follow ups, and established visits.
- Focused on treatment plans, follow ups, and complaints. Coordination of care.
- Typically 16 patients per day.
- Graduate of accredited Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner Program.
- NCCPA certified.
- Master Degree.
- Active Physician Assistant License.
- Active Certification as an Adult NP and Licensed.
- Experience as a Physician Assistant / Nurse Practitioner.
- Hold DEA license.
- Schedule Monday thru Friday.
- Flexible workday.
- No call.
- No weekends.
- Possible Remote Work.
- Salary range of ,000.
- 401k with match.
