Responsibilities
  • Managing billing procedures for home infusion services.
  • Resolving complex claims to ensure timely reimbursement.
  • Staying abreast of regulatory changes to maintain compliance.
  • Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to streamline processes and optimize revenue outcomes.
  • Collaborating with cross‑functional teams to achieve service and sales goals.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of home infusion billing experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience maintaining HIPAA standards.
  • Proficient in using computers and Microsoft products (Excel and Word).
  • Strong motivation in billing, claims, and document management.
  • Effective communication skills and problem‑solving abilities.
  • High school diploma required; equivalent education and experience considered.
  • Broad knowledge of routines and procedures related to billing and collections.
  • Proven track record of working toward and exceeding metrics.

Individual pay decisions are based on geographic work location, qualifications, work experience, and skills. The current base range for this position is 16.48 – 24.72 USD Hourly (for remote positions outside the US, pay will be determined by the same factors).
