• Supervise a team supporting non-clinical healthcare services activities, including care management and utilization management
• Research and analyze departmental workflows, providing suggestions for improvements to leadership
• Conduct productivity and quality assurance checks for team members and document results
• Provide regular feedback to staff regarding performance and opportunities for improvement
• Assist in developing and implementing internal processes and procedures

• At least 5 years of operations or administrative experience in healthcare, preferably in a managed care setting
• Strong analytic and problem‑solving abilities
• Excellent organizational and time‑management skills
• Ability to multi‑task and meet project deadlines
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and applicable software programs

• Supervisory or leadership experience
