(BCBA) Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Clinic Based Supervisor. Malama Pono Autism Center provides a variety of clinical programs offering BCBAs of all levels of experience opportunities to learn and develop their skills. This includes a strong focus on applying behavior analysis across diverse and new populations, working collaboratively with other disciplines, and developing the interpersonal skills to offer dynamic supervision, training and leadership to others.

Malama Pono Autism Center is currently looking for select behavior analysts to work in Maui at our clinic based program in Kihei, Hawai'i.

• BCBAs and BCaBAs perform a wide variety of roles and functions depending on experience and focus, under the supervision of seasoned BCBA leaders who are trained in behavior analysis and effective supervision and leadership methodologies.
• Newly practicing analysts are paired with experienced mentors for peer support.
• More experienced analysts may lead a team of behavior technicians, residents in training, and BCaBAs.
• Clinic-based supervisor responsibilities include supervision, training, and leadership within the MPAC team.
• Maintain caseloads appropriate to role and participate in professional development and growth opportunities.

This position is for a clinic-based supervisor; driving or home-based services are not required.

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Proficiency in applied behavior analysis and behavioral therapy
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and autism
• Strong background in patient care, assessment, and medical documentation
• Knowledge of HIPAA regulations and medical terminology
• Previous supervising experience in a behavioral health setting

Salary Range for BCBAs: 85k-130k
