$80,000‑$115,000+ inclusive of achievable bonus potential!
States & Regions- Alabama – Home based in the greater Birmingham, Huntsville, Mobile, and Montgomery regions
- Colorado – Home based in the Boulder region, Colorado Springs region, and Greater Denver region;
Clinic based: Centennial, CO - Georgia – Home based in and around the greater Atlanta region;
Clinic based: Atlanta, Cartersville, Conyers, Cumming, Douglasville - Illinois – Home based in Chicagoland;
Clinic based: Norwood Park and Palos Heights - Massachusetts – Home based throughout the Massachusetts region (excluding Western Mass and the Cape);
Center based: Southborough, MA - North Carolina – Home based in Asheville, Charlotte, Greensboro, Greenville, Raleigh, the Triangle area, Winston‑Salem;
Clinic based: Chapel Hill, Greenville, Raleigh, Winston‑Salem - Tennessee – Home based in the greater Chattanooga, Knoxville, and Nashville regions

- Must have a current BCBA Certification and LABA (if applicable by state)
- Master's Degree in ABA or related field (Psychology, Education, Special Education)
- Obtain and maintain Safety Care Specialist status
- Personal means of transportation with a reliable vehicle
- Previous ABA experience
- Must be comfortable working with families and providing in‑home services
As a successful BCBA with Key Autism Services, you will conduct initial assessments, reassessments, and write progress reports. You will develop and monitor individualized treatment plans and behavior support plans for life‑long success. You will supervise and train BTs/RBTs to ensure treatment plans stay on track. You will provide support, instruction, and feedback to families and caregivers regarding managing challenging behaviors and teaching replacement behaviors through ABA principles.
Other responsibilities include conducting functional assessments and functional analysis when clinically warranted, reviewing program effectiveness, making recommendations, monitoring data, and graphing/monitoring progress.
