Virtual Pharmacy Tech Support Call Center Rep- (shift ET​/PT

• Serve as the primary call center contact for patients, pharmacies, and medical professionals
• Provide initial support for customer requests via telephone, email, fax, or other means
• Assess user issues and deliver first-level support for problem resolution
• Document resolutions and escape unresolved issues to the appropriate area
• Work a 40-hour weekly shift, typically from 11:00 AM EST to 8:00 PM EST or 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM PT

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Pharmacy Technician experience required
• HIPAA certification
• Call center experience required (3+ years preferred)
• Experience in medical claim processing is a plus

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus
