• Engage with callers over the phone, providing support and building rapport
• Connect individuals with available resources or information needed for their situation
• Remain calm and professional while multitasking to support callers effectively
• Participate in ongoing meetings, training, and team-building activities with peers
• Handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity

• High school diploma or GED
• Certified Peer Support Worker, Family Peer, Wraparound, or equivalent certification
• Current experience as a peer with a willingness to acquire certification in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• Ability to maintain a distraction-free private office space while working from home
• Commitment to personal recovery and professional development

• Additional certifications such as CFPSW, CPSW, and CWF or equivalent
• Previous experience in crisis intervention or peer support roles
