- Minimum of five years of experience in the healthcare industry, account management, or sales
- Proven relationship development skills within complex healthcare organizations
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Master’s degree in a relevant field
- Experience in developing and negotiating contracts with healthcare providers
- Familiarity with managed care principles and claims processing
- Proven leadership and mentoring skills in a professional setting
- Ability to analyze data and develop strategic plans
