What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Provide proactive account development and support to enhance Health Partner engagement and satisfaction
  • Develop strong working relationships with internal business partners and facilitate communication
  • Monitor and manage customer‑specific performance guarantees related to operations and clinical services
  • Conduct on‑site presentations to educate and inform clients about products and operational metrics
  • Collaborate with Clinical Practice Consultants to ensure seamless service delivery
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, or a related field; equivalent experience will be considered
  • Minimum of five years of experience in the healthcare industry, account management, or sales
  • Proven relationship development skills within complex healthcare organizations
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Master’s degree in a relevant field
  • Experience in developing and negotiating contracts with healthcare providers
  • Familiarity with managed care principles and claims processing
