As a BCBA in our clinic, you will:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and developmental assessments for children ages 2–14+.
- Create individualized intervention plans rooted in evidence-based ABA and early learning best practices.
- Train, coach, and supervise RBTs and student therapists to deliver high-quality instructional and behavioral programming.
- Implement naturalistic teaching strategies (e.g., NET, PRT, ESDM principles, play-based instruction).
- Collaborate with families to build functional communication, independence, and self-advocacy.
- Support smooth transitions between clinic, home, and school settings.
- Collect and analyze data to measure progress and adjust programming.
- Contribute to an environment that values compassion, equity, and dignity for children and families.
- Participate in treatment planning meetings and interdisciplinary collaboration (OT/ST as needed).
- Document services in compliance with Medicaid, commercial insurance, and clinical standards.
The ideal candidate will bring:
- Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, Special Education, or related field.
- Active BCBA certification through the BACB.
- Experience in early intervention (preferred, not required).
- Strong instructional coaching skills with RBTs and early-career clinicians.
- Excellent communication and family coaching skills.
- A growth mindset and enthusiasm for working in a purpose-driven clinic.
- Comfort working within a team environment with high transparency and collaboration.
