Overview
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist based in Cedar Rapids, IA. The therapist will provide comprehensive mental health services, including assessments, individualized treatment planning, and evidence-based therapeutic interventions to clients. Responsibilities include conducting individual, group, and family therapy sessions, collaborating with families and other professionals, and ensuring proper case management and documentation. While primarily based on-site, remote work options may be available for certain tasks.
Qualifications- Strong skills in Treatment Planning and Case Management
- Expertise in Mental Health care and Family Therapy practices
- Background in Social Work, counseling, or a related field
- Active licensure as a Mental Health Counselor, Therapist, or other relevant professional accreditation
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a hybrid model with some tasks performed remotely
- Experience working with diverse populations and understanding the importance of cultural competency
