Mental Health Therapist

The Center for Healing & Integration offers a holistic approach to mental health and wellness through a variety of services designed to integrate mind, body, and spirit. Located in Westmont, IL, the center provides a wide range of therapeutic practices, including counseling, somatic therapy, reiki, sound baths, and meditation. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Mental Health Therapist, based in Westmont, IL, with opportunities for remote work. The Mental Health Therapist will provide individual and family therapy services, develop and implement treatment plans, and engage in case management to ensure holistic care. Additional duties include conducting mental health assessments, collaborating with other practitioners, and supporting clients in achieving their therapeutic goals.

Experience

• with developing personalized therapeutic strategies
• Strong knowledge and skills in Mental Health support
• Experience in counseling, including addressing diverse client needs and challenges
• Expertise in Case Management to coordinate and ensure comprehensive client care
• Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field with appropriate licensure
• Excellent communication, active listening, and empathy skills
• Familiarity with holistic approaches to healing, such as mindfulness or integrative therapies, is a plus
• Desire to collaborate with an integrative team
• Organizational skills and the ability to manage a client caseload effectively
