Join the compassionate and creative, locally owned and operated Ellie Mental Health clinic in Centerville OH! We are a fun group practice environment dedicated to prioritizing and nurturing the therapist experience. We believe the quality of the clinician s experience is central to providing top-teir mental health services.

Compensation range $35-$55 an hour (based on qualifications)

Training and Development: $350 annual professional development stipend, free internal CEU s, free supervision for licensure if needed.

Administrative, technology, scheduling, and referral support

Annual bonus based on performance

• Diagnose, create and maintain individualized treatment plans
• Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community
• Utilize creativity in interventions to help clients achieve and exceed goals
• Maintain clinical documentation in EHR system
• Maintain a caseload of a minimum of 15 client visits per week
• Coordinate services with case managers, families, work personnel, medical personnel, other Ellie staff, and school staff as needed
• Attend and participate in required clinical staff meetings and trainings

• Ability to work in office on Saturdays. Remote options available during weekday hours and Sundays.
• Candidates are required to have a master’s degree in one of the behavioral sciences or related fields from an accredited college or university and on track to obtain licensure in their designated field
• Candidates should have clinical licensure (LMFT, LPCC, LPC, LMSW, LICSW, LP etc.)
• Ability to demonstrate and model stable, appropriate boundaries with clients
• Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents within 24 hours
• Comfort and familiarity working with a diverse client base
• Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!), including the collection of co-payments
