Allied Pediatric Therapy, a Finni Health company, is seeking a passionate and skilled full-time or part-time Early Childhood BCBA/BCaBA to join our dynamic team in Hoover, Alabama! We are dedicated to supporting neurodivergent children through Naturalistic Developmental Behavioral Interventions (NDBI) and collaborative, family-centered approaches.
Job Type: Part‑time or Full‑time
Location: Remote with only 2 days a week in person – Hoover, AL
Pay: $70,000 – $75,000 per year

Provide vital ABA services to young children in home, school, and community settings. - Collaborative Environment:

- Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBA) and develop behavior intervention plans (BIP).
- Implement behavior plans and provide ongoing monitoring and evaluation.
- Provide direct behavior intervention services in various settings.
- Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals.
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers.
- Maintain accurate records and data collection.
- Participate in team meetings and case consultations.
- Master's or bachelor's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related field.
- Current BCBA or BCaBA certification from the BACB.
- Valid Alabama state licensure.
- Experience in early childhood development and education.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to provide in home and community based services.
