Sr. Network Account Manager - Remote in FL; Alachua, Marion, Lake and Counties

Join us at United Healthcare as a Sr. Network Account Manager in Florida. This role involves overseeing provider relation networks for Community & State Long-Term Care Divisions, including provider contracting, credentialing, provider relations, education, and network tracking. The position requires working with provider portals, EVV, claims, and ensuring network adequacy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage provider networks, including contracting and credentialing
• Develop and maintain relationships with providers
• Evaluate and negotiate contracts in compliance with company standards
• Ensure network coverage and close gaps as needed
• Collaborate with case management staff to address network needs

Qualifications:

• High School diploma;
  Bachelor's preferred
• 3+ years in network management, contracting, or provider services
• Experience with Medicaid and Long-Term Care programs
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to travel up to 25%

Location: Remote, with counties including Alachua, Putnam, Marion, Lake, Sumter, Hernando, Citrus, Levy, Dixie, Gilchrist, Lafayette, Suwannee, Hamilton, Columbia, Union, Bradford.

Compensation: $71,600 to $140,600 annually, based on experience and location. Benefits include comprehensive health plans, 401k, stock purchase, and incentives.
