Empower Lives as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) - Kokomo, IN

Empower Behavioral Solutions is looking for compassionate and enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to provide high-quality, in-home and community-based therapy to children ages 2-14 with autism in the Kokomo, Indiana area.

As an RBT with Empower Behavioral Solutions, you will be the heart of our client's progress, working directly with them in their homes and communities. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Providing direct, high-quality therapy based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA).
• Implementing client treatment goals and behavior intervention plans developed by the BCBA.
• Collecting and recording data accurately for both skill acquisition and behavior reduction.
• Reviewing client treatment plans and collaborating closely with the BCBA and clinical management team

• Applying feedback and training from the clinical team to continuously grow your ABA skills.
• Maintaining strict client confidentiality and adhering to all BCBA ethical codes.
• Accurately recording RBT hours to maintain your certification.
• Pay Rate: $18.00 - $23.00 per hour
• Time Off: 2 weeks of Paid Time Off (PTO)

• Job Type: Available as Full-time or Part-time

• Certification: Must be a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT),
  or willing to complete all requirements and training to become an RBT upon hire.
• Work Location: This is an in‑person, in-home position serving clients in the Kokomo, IN area.
• Relocation/Commute: Ability to relocate to or commute reliably within the Kokomo, IN area before starting work is required
