• $62–$72/hour, W-2 (based on experience and autonomy)
• Part-time to start (20–30 hours/week) with opportunity to grow
• Paid worked hours (not billable-only)
• Community-based services (home, school, daycare)

Look Up Therapy is a BCBA-led, family-rooted organization built around ethical practice, strong systems, and long-term sustainability.

We design roles intentionally so clinicians can focus on quality, leadership, and outcomes — not constant crisis management or billing pressure.

• Caseloads primarily consist of 25–30-hour/week clients
• Supervision averages 5–7% of authorized hours
• Parent training is a required, scheduled clinical responsibility
• Strong administrative and scheduling support
• Clear expectations that protect clinical quality and clinician longevity

This is a community-based role and is not clinic-based.

• Oversee ABA treatment programs in community settings
• Supervise and coach RBTs with consistency and clarity
• Lead parent training to support skill generalization
• Collaborate with schools and related providers as needed
  
  Maintain timely, ethical documentation aligned with payer standards
• Operate within clearly defined clinical and operational expectations

• BCBAs who value parent training and meaningful supervision
• Clinicians who prefer fewer, fuller cases over low-hour scatter
