Patient Accounts Manager
Accountable for managing various aspects of billing operations and outstanding accounts receivable. Each Manager is responsible for developing and implementing long‑range work plans, resource and workflow management, and for effectively managing costs within their respective work areas.

Norfolk, VA.

First (Days).
Accountable for managing various aspects of billing operations and outstanding accounts receivable. The individual assumed management and leadership responsibilities for daily operations and was responsible for resource management and sister (Sentara) corporation relationships.
Bachelor's degree and three years of Revenue Cycle Management experience in a Health Care setting are required. Four years of revenue experience is required in lieu of a Bachelor's degree.
This is a Hybrid position and requires candidates to live in the Hampton Roads geographic location.
Education- Bachelor's Level Degree (required).
- No specific certification or licensure requirements.
- Three (3) years Revenue Cycle Management experience in a Health Care setting (required).
- Four (4) years of revenue experience is required in lieu of a Bachelor’s Degree.
