Comprehensive Clinical Services, P.C. (CCS) is a multi-disciplinary mental health care group with locations throughout the Chicagoland area. This is a full-time hybrid role for a Psychotherapist based in Lombard, IL, with the flexibility to work from home for part of the week. As a Psychotherapist, you will conduct therapy sessions, provide mental health counseling, and deliver support to individuals, families, and groups. You will assess, diagnose, and treat psychological conditions while collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to mental health care.

You will be expected to create personalized treatment plans and maintain thorough and confidential patient records.

• Strong foundation in Psychology, Counseling, and Mental Health
• Proficiency in providing Relationship Counseling and related therapy services
• Knowledge of Medicine as it pertains to mental health and therapeutic interventions
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Licensed clinical professional or counselor (LCPC, LCSW, or equivalent); other relevant licensure is a plus
• Master's degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or a related field
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities and interventions
• Ability to exercise cultural competence and sensitivity with diverse populations
• Proven experience working in a healthcare or mental health setting preferred
