• Manage all aspects of patient billing and collection processing in compliance with departmental policies and procedures
• Perform payment posting, cash reconciliation, refund/credit processing, and insurance follow-up
• Provide customer service in a call center setting, addressing inquiries and resolving issues
• Handle self-pay collections and claim submissions
• Ensure accurate processing of patient demographic and insurance information

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a contact center or similar role in a healthcare environment
• Proficient in PC usage with strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Ability to work across multiple service lines and revenue cycle functions
• Achieve or exceed annual performance evaluation standards with no corrective action in the past 12 months

• Experience in multiple revenue cycle functions or working in different sites within healthcare
• Strong track record of customer service excellence in a healthcare setting
