We’re looking for passionate, licensed therapists (LPC, LPC‑R, LCSW, LMSW) to join our remote care team and make a real impact across Virginia.

• Provide individual, family, and group therapy via secure telehealth
• Conduct intakes, assessments, and client‑driven treatment plans
• Collaborate with PMHNPs, psychiatrists, peer clinicians, and supervisory team
• Maintain timely, accurate notes in our EHR
• Support families with education, tools, and ongoing care coordination
• Target 15–32 sessions/week (maintaining 22–36 hours of availability weekly depending on employment status)
• $45–$65 per billable hour (depending on license type)
• 401(k) + 3% company match

• Must hold one of the following Virginia licenses
  : LPC, LCSW, LPC‑R, LMSW
• Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
• Passion for serving children, teens, and young adults
• Bilingual (Spanish) strongly preferred!
