Position: Virtual Rare Disease Sales Specialist (MST/PST remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Serve as the business owner for your territory, developing and executing a strategic sales plan
  • Identify, engage, and educate key healthcare professionals, including nephrologists and clinic staff
  • Build and maintain strong virtual relationships across community and academic centers
  • Deliver compelling, compliant clinical presentations to educate healthcare professionals
  • Collaborate cross‑functionally with Field Reimbursement, Medical Affairs, and Patient Support teams
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Bachelor's degree (required)
  • Minimum of 4 years of pharmaceutical sales experience
  • At least 1 year of virtual/inside sales experience is strongly preferred
  • 2+ years of specialty pharmaceutical experience, particularly in rare disease or nephrology
  • Proven track record of sales excellence and successful product launch experience
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Experience in competitive selling environments, ideally within rare or specialty therapeutic areas
  • Strong clinical acumen and ability to translate complex science into meaningful dialogue
  • Skilled in business planning and territory management
  • Passionate about improving outcomes for individuals living with serious immunology and kidney diseases
