Base pay: $15.75/hr (full‑time) with a $1,000 sign‑on bonus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform personal care tasks, including feeding, ambulation, and medical monitoring.
  • Assist with fostering positive relationships between individuals served and their housemates.
  • Ensure client safety and maintain a safe environment.
  • Encourage self‑help activities.
  • Accompany clients to scheduled appointments.

Qualifications

  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must have a valid driver's license.
  • Ability to work in a group home / home‑like setting.
  • Ability to communicate verbally and in writing with all levels of personnel, internal and external.

Additional Job Information

The hiring bonus applies for specific programs with primary/priority shifts until the positions are filled. The bonus will be received on the paycheck following your 6‑month employment anniversary.

Qualified applicants will receive a $1,000 sign‑on bonus.
