Job Overview

Minnesota Center for Psychology (MCP) is a group private practice clinic in St. Paul offering mental health services to children, adolescents and adults. Established by clinicians in 2009, MCP is committed to providing the best quality care for clients in an environment of integrity, respect, hope, health, healing, wellness, and learning. MCP offers the flexibility and independence to create or continue your own practice while being part of a professional community and receiving administrative support.

MCP’s goal is to help people create and live the life they want. We believe this starts with helping clinicians create the practices they want and that clients benefit when their mental health provider experiences professional fulfillment.

MCP currently has part‑time (minimum of 15 client contact hours per week) and full‑time openings for Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists (LMFT). Positions are for licensed Independent Contractors (1099). Must be licensed in the state of MN or member of PSYPACT. Telehealth, in‑office and hybrid options are available.

• Individual psychotherapy
• Group psychotherapy
• Clinical supervision
• Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) services
• Focus on specialty services (i.e., EXRP, Prolonged Exposure, EMDR, DBT, assessments), general mental health services, or a combination of services
• MCP clinicians can join MCP’s Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) team, which is certified by MN DHS (open to both seasoned DBT clinicians and clinicians who want to learn DBT)

Choose your work hours (days, evenings and weekends available) and whether you want to work part‑time or full‑time. • Guidance with credentialing

• HIPAA‑compliant Zoom platform for telehealth services
• Reception staff to schedule clients and check‑in clients during regular business hours
• Ability to participate in consultation groups with other clinicians

• Use of a break room/kitchen

Licensed LMFT with a minimum of 15 client contact hours per week. Must be licensed in MN or a member of PSYPACT. Experience with any theoretical orientation is acceptable; evidence‑based treatments are encouraged.
