Job Summary

We seek an energetic ABA Technician to deliver therapeutic services to clients, fostering professional pride and making a positive impact daily. Our organization encourages initiative, teamwork, and ownership to achieve our mission of providing sensitive, home-based services.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage individualized service plans (ISP) in collaboration with BCBA
  • Implement interventions aligned with client goals
  • Build rapport and positive relationships with clients
  • Coordinate with wrap-around services as needed
  • Support clients and families as a resource
  • This role reports to a BCBA
  • Qualifications
  • High School diploma required; college degree in related field preferred
  • RBT certification is a plus
  • At least one year of experience with children with developmental disabilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Flexible availability, including nights and weekends
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
