• Proactively upsell features and simplify customers' use of the employer's services
• Serve as the voice of the employer, creating positive impressions and resolving issues effectively
• Develop a deep understanding of the employer's platform and services to inspire engagement
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions to uphold the employer's commitment to easy healthcare access

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Previous customer service experience, preferably in healthcare or technology
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dedication to delivering outstanding customer service and supporting the employer's mission

• Experience in a healthcare or technology-related customer service role
• Familiarity with digital health platforms or services
