OverviewSentara Medical Group is seeking an experienced or newly graduated Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to join our collaborative and high-performing team at Sentara Rheumatology Specialists in Kempsville. This is a rewarding outpatient opportunity offering flexible scheduling, no weekends, and no call responsibilities, allowing for an excellent work‑life balance while providing exceptional care to our adult patient population.
Position Highlights- Outpatient‑only role seeing approximately 70‑75 patients per week
- Adult patient population (ages 18 and older)
- Join a well‑established, supportive team of 5 physicians, 1 APP, and 15 clinical/support staff
- Approximately 80% patient‑facing and 20% clerical responsibilities (in‑basket, referrals, etc.)
- Flexible schedule with 29 patient‑facing hours and 7 administrative hours weekly
- No weekends or call responsibilities
