Senior E-Billing Specialist - Remote

• Prepare LEDES files for submission to clients via e-billing systems and troubleshoot errors
• Review final invoices for accuracy and compliance with clients’ billing guidelines
• Monitor invoice validations, approvals, and rejections, and resolve discrepancies
• Provide technical support and customer service regarding e-billing processes to attorneys and staff
• Collaborate with the collections team to reconcile accounts and track approved timekeepers and rates

• Minimum of five years’ experience with legal e-billing
• Proficiency with major e-billing systems (e.g., Legal Tracker, Counsel Link, etc.)
• Intermediate Excel skills, including vLookup and Pivot Tables
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive work style

• Experience with eBilling Hub and Elite 3E
• Familiarity with minor e-billing systems
• AA or BA degree
