Looking for flexibility without sacrificing clinical quality or connection? We’re hiring a Hybrid BCBA to join our interdisciplinary team at Lumiere Children’s Therapy.
This role blends in-clinic and remote work and is ideal for a BCBA who values autonomy, balance, and thoughtful, high-impact care.
What you’ll do:- Develop and oversee ABA treatment plans
- Supervise ABA staff and provide feedback
- Conduct assessments and analyze data
- Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary providers
- Support parent education and skill generalization
- $8,000 Sign On Bonus
