• Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children and families in various settings
• Oversee and mentor a team of BCBAs and RBTs during therapy sessions
• Develop individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans
• Collaborate with other therapists and social workers to support clients' needs
• Provide caregiver coaching and support to enhance treatment effectiveness

• Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ABA therapy or related field
• Strong understanding of autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other neurodiverse needs
• Proven leadership skills to supervise and mentor staff
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Experience working in a multidisciplinary team environment
• Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic interventions
• Background in developing treatment plans for diverse populations
• Previous experience in a clinical supervisory role
