• Serve as a liaison between clinical care and information technology, supporting caregivers in the implementation and optimization of clinical technologies
• Provide remote support for Epic EHR utilization, available 24/7
• Promote understanding, integration, and application of information technology in healthcare settings
• Assist clinicians and caregivers with the learning, use, and adoption of clinical information systems
• Evaluate system performance and identify areas for improvement

• Bachelor's Degree in a clinical discipline, Information Technology/Informatics, Business, Education, Management, Communications, or related field, or equivalent education and work experience
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with a clinical information system in a healthcare setting
• Proficiency with the Epic EHR platform
• Understanding of the benefits and challenges of adult learning

• Informatics certifications or credentialing upon hire
• Deep understanding of the Epic EHR platform
• Ability to interpret clinical data, generate reports, and identify trends
• Familiarity with medical terminology, procedures, and clinical documentation
• Strong communication skills to collaborate with clinicians, IT teams, administrators, and vendors
