Position: Senior Account Executive, Payer (Remote)

What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)
  • Drive new business development across the West Coast payer market, focusing on net-new logo payer accounts
  • Manage and grow named strategic accounts while executing a proactive hunt strategy
  • Lead the full enterprise sales cycle including prospecting, qualification, and deal closure
  • Build relationships with senior decision-makers to accelerate new business acquisition
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to drive targeted campaigns for new customer acquisition
What is Required (Qualifications)
  • Proven track record of net-new logo acquisition within the payer market
  • 7–10+ years of enterprise sales experience in healthcare technology or related fields
  • Strong prospecting discipline and experience engaging complex payer organizations
  • Clear history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
  • Deep understanding of payer operations to effectively position solutions
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
  • Recognition such as Top Salesperson awards or President’s Club honors
  • Experience in high-growth, entrepreneurial healthcare technology organizations
