The ideal candidate will share our passion for expanding access to mental health care and will excel in a culture of creativity, authenticity, and compassion. If you have a Master's degree in a behavioral science field, a current license to practice independently, experience with electronic health records, and excellent communication skills, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities include evaluating mental health conditions, creating treatment plans, providing excellent client care, and collaborating with the team to fulfill our mission. Qualifications also include the ability to work collaboratively, maintain stable boundaries with clients, and pass a background check.

Additional qualifications such as experience in mental health practice, insurance network credentialing, multilingual proficiency, or specialty practice areas are valued but not essential.
