** Position Highlights:
*** Monday-Friday (36 patient contact hours, 4 hours admin)
* Flexibility to work a 4 to 4-1/2 day work week; option for extended hours
* Average of 18-24 patients per day
* Provide care to a wide range of patients: adults and chronic/complex care management, pediatric opportunity and newborns, if desired
* No call expectations
