Responsibilities

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) based in Greater Houston, offering flexibility for some work from home. The BCBA will be responsible for developing and overseeing individualized applied behavior analysis (ABA) programs, conducting behavior assessments, supervising treatment implementation, and training and supporting caregivers. The role also includes monitoring client progress and making data-driven adjustments to ensure successful skill acquisition and behavior management.

Qualifications
  • Expertise in Behavior Analysis, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), and Behavior Management
  • Proficiency in Parent Education and training to support collaborative care
  • Strong foundation in psychology, with an emphasis on understanding and implementing therapeutic interventions
  • Ability to design, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills for data collection and reporting
  • Active BCBA certification required
  • Experience working with neurodivergent individuals and providing family-centered care is highly valued
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with clients, families, and team members
  • Master's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or a related field
