$65.00/hr - $95.00/hr

Hybrid role: virtual and in-person supervision with optional after‑hours part‑time availability (3‑7 PM) for additional hours. Pay ranges $65–$95 per hour based on experience.

• Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and skills assessments
• Use tools such as VB‑MAPP, MAS, and Vineland‑3
• Create and monitor individualized behavior intervention plans
• Supervise and support ABA therapists (RBTs)
• Provide training to staff, caregivers, and families
• Track progress, analyze data, and adjust plans as needed
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports

• Active BCBA certification (required)
• At least 1 year of experience working with individuals with Autism
• Skilled in behavior plan writing and data analysis
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license (required for in‑home visits)
