Registered Behavior Technician; RBT

ABA Therapist

Base pay: $20.00/hr – $28.00/hr part-time with possibility for full-time. Includes a $1,000 onboarding bonus.

Benefits include tuition assistance, ongoing training, flexible schedule, and opportunities to advance to Lead RBT or Full Time RBT.

• Provide in-home 1:1 ABA services to individuals diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).
• Use behavior-analytic strategies to increase functional behaviors and decrease behaviors that may impede learning, safety, or social opportunities, following patients’ treatment plans.
• Collect and submit data through an electronic data system.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and administration.

• At least 1 year of special education experience (preferred).
• At least 1 year of applied behavior analysis experience (preferred).
• Entry-level position; willingness to work under guidance of a BCBA supervisor.
