• Provide technical, educational, operational, and sales support to meet Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) sales and customer service objectives
• Conduct checks and interrogations of CRM medical device systems and support product implants post sign-off
• Educate and train healthcare professionals and staff on CRM products and solutions
• Manage consignment and trunk inventory, ensuring customer needs are met
• Stay updated on new products and complete all assigned training in a timely manner

• High School Diploma PLUS a minimum of 6 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields OR
• Associate s Degree PLUS a minimum of 4 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields OR
• Bachelor s Degree PLUS a minimum of 2 years of work experience in healthcare, field sales, or related fields
• Valid driver s license and active vehicle insurance policy
• Ability to meet vendor credentialing requirements

• Thorough working knowledge of medical terminology and the medical device industry
• Proven ability to build and maintain positive relationships across organizational levels
• Expertise with Microsoft tools and applications (e.g., )
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal communication skills
• Strong ability to manage multiple tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment
