We are currently seeking Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in Newark and Elizabeth, NJ to join our growing team.

• Conduct functional behavior assessments (FBAs) and skill-based assessments (e.g., VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R)

• Create and oversee individualized ABA treatment plans

• Supervise and mentor RBTs / Behavior Technicians

• Collaborate with families, schools, and community providers

• Maintain accurate,
  insurance-compliant documentation through Central Reach

• Monitor progress and adjust treatment programs based on data

• Active BCBA certification and NJ LBA license (or in process)

• Master’s degree in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field

• Experience in home-based ABA therapy or community settings preferred

• Strong documentation, supervision, and caregiver collaboration skills

• Organized, reliable, and committed to ethical, family-centered care

• $75–$100/hour
  , based on experience and caseload

• Sign-on bonus after 90 days
